You guys are the best! I called a few times after ordering with questions.. ladies and gents who took my calls were extremely helpful. This is my 2nd Ibuypower build. 1st build lasted me nearly 10 years!

When a new game is released, I wait until there is a deep discount before purchasing the game; for example, I purchased Skyrim Legendary for $15 at a box store; Fo4 for $20 online, and Civ VI for $20, also online. My purchase of the iBuypower machine was motivated by the impending EOL of Windows 10 and my old machine's inability to run Windows 11. I've had the machine for three weeks now, and am very satisfied. The only disappointment is the lack of an optical drive; however, an external USB 3 optical drive solves that, but it does take up extra space on the desk.

Mainly bought the computer as a creator performance workhorse. Graphics card was artifacted when I received the computer, but customer service worked with my to resolve the issue. Overall, a positive experience.

Very satisfied with the service and repairs! Only thing that I would like is if I received a summary of what was wrong/repaired with the RMA for my own knowledge.

I play until my equipment needs to be replaced. Then I wait for the next gen tech to be released and then I wait for the price to go down. I am a patient purchaser.

#4 - I usually buy games when they go on sale. Hardware as needed such as additional drives or replacement for a bad gpu. This is my 4th computer purchased from Ibuypower. Been happy with all purchases.

First, I LOVE the new machine. I also like what IBuyPower offered in free upgrades, making the purchase a much better value. However... the order was on December 8th, and I did not receive the machine till January 13th. Second, very minor issues: the label on the back fan is off, so it spin wonky, second, the tie up of the wires left one of the extra power plugs in front of the lower cooling fans; a little sloppy. Both are minor and can be fixed but you might like to know if someone spends 3 or 4 grand on a machine. Otherwise, very happy and looking forward to a long tenure with this one. I am not a gamer really, but I do programming and have a business fixing PC's, so I know computers a bit. Thanks again for a Great machine, and I love the case too!!

Would not have ordered a keyboard if i knew i was getting the free keyboard. When i placed the order ya’ll promoted a free 4TB seagate SSD. Not sure how that worked out. The next day ya’ll had the free keyboard so i guess because my order was processed later I didn’t get the ssd. Would have been nice to know that. Now i have two keyboards. Smh.

I am an author and currently have four novels on Amazon with the launch of the fifth novel by the end of December. Websites for authors tend to be static and boring. My website is going to utilize flight simulator software to fly over the Himalaya mountains to help readers visual the degree of difficulty the cast of characters experienced traveling in a camel train from Damascus Syria, to China 2,00 years ago. Videos and stills are also employed to provide an experience not usually available in a standard novel. In a competitive market like Amazon Books, it is important to stand out from all other authors.

I only wish the RAM had been set to the appropriate settings. I bought DDR5 6000 MHz, however it is set to only 4800 MHz. Everything else is great though.

A few loose parts from shipping but nothing I couldn’t identify and fix myself in just a few minutes. Wonderful PC I absolutely love it! !

There was an initial issue with my payment, which was my CC companies error. I had that corrected, and everything was fine, but my order seemed to just sit there for about a week. So I called the iBuypower customer service, and the guy was very nice, explained how things were backed up, but he would check on it for me. After that I received e-mails from iBuypower once or twice a day, taking me through all the steps my computer was going through. I was able to follow it through the final testing. It quickly went to shipping, and was delivered at my house on time. The packaging was great, no damage from the shipping. The computer looks awesome, all the correct parts, great looking case....must say it was better than I expected. I haven't really put it through it's pace's yet, but I don't forsee any issues. This computer was for my basic use, and playing some games, so it didnt have to be top of the line hardware, but I am also going to be replacing my main gaming computer, and was going to build it myself...been waiting to get my hands on a 4090. This computer I use for my main hobby which is sim racing, and I want it to be top of the line. After my experience with iBuypower I think I may be ordering it from them, instead of building it myself. Great Experience, would highly recommend

In regards to question 4: I typically buy gaming accessories or peripherals when I notice something that is useful that I don't currently have, OR when something of mine starts to misbehave, act slow, break. For games though, it just depends on the games coming out, and what seems like a fun game to either play by myself or with a group of friends. I wanted to make a few comments about the PC buying experience. I previously bought another PC from Digital Storm a few years ago, so they may have updated their process, but that's what I have to go on to compare your company to. When I bought a PC from Digital Storm, it literally took over a month for the PC to ship. Now there was probably some external factors at play, but I had to e-mail them first before I got any update from them on my PC build. (I waited roughly 2 weeks.) With IBuyPower, I loved that the process was fast, and I was getting e-mails almost every single day. For me, I worry slightly, especially when I invested a significant amount of money. It was definitely an anxious experience. I think me personally, and I understand I'm probably not a normal customer, is I'd love for a little more human interaction in the process. Like a simple, hello, I'm so and so with IBuyPower, if you have questions/concerns, I'll be with you every step of the way with your PC while it runs through it processes, etc. That's probably a terrible example, but something like that, a point of reference. Now I do know I got e-mails updating me through the different steps of the PC build/testing/shipping, which was very helpful. I think these are great. Overall, I think the experience was great/awesome. My PC arrived and it was definitely beautiful and has been running awesomely. I appreciated getting e-mails updating me about where my PC was along in the process. And in my personal opinion, I would have loved to had someone help ease my concerns a little bit. Thanks!

The delivery process on UPS’ end was frustrating as they said they attempted delivery on a Saturday, when they clearly didn’t but that’s not on you guys so I left a 5.

It is very difficult to put together a high-end gaming build without RGB lighting. I did the best I could and still couldn't manage to get a graphics card or CPU cooler without RGB lighting on it. I'd recommend making that an option, or at least have a "Disable all RGB lighting" option on the build configuration screen. When I buy a new PC, I'm willing to spend to get top-end components, but then I'll continue to use it until it's obsolete. My last gaming PC lasted 7 years before I replaced it.

My only complaint is that one of my RAD fans were not installed (I can see why, it would not fit). That being said, the fan was just given to me uninstalled with no hardware for me to install it myself as an extra exhaust fan. I’ll call customer service to see if the company will correct the issue. In the future, perhaps the website should advise when parts may be to big to fit in the cases?

The pc has worked very well. I think the only thing bad I have to say is windows 11 I think is a problem and needs to get fixed asap. I can't even play a game some nights because it keeps crashing. I also need help with icue

My only problems were the BIOS needed to be updated for all the rgb control to work correctly and my copy of windows wouldn't activate for a few days. It was also difficult seeing it at "ready to ship" for 4 or 5 days.
