PCIe Support
As a dual chamber mid-tower ATX case, the Y70 Touch also boasts 4-slot GPU support, allowing for even the largest GPUs to fit inside and breathe easy thanks to the updated dimensions.
The included PCIe 4.0 riser allows for half-height PCIe cards to sit behind the GPU. With 4-slot vertical PCIe graphics and 7 half-height PCIe slots, the Y70 Touch is versatile for builds packed with hardware.
The attention to detail doesn’t stop there – the Y70 Touch features tool-free accessibility to allow for a seamless building experience. The floating storage sleds also allow for an intuitive and functional way for drive maintenance.
Ginormous Cooling Potential
In addition to the large GPU support, the Y70 Touch also supports radiators up to 360mm long and 125mm thick on the side panel and supports radiators 360mm and 68mm thick with an adjustable bracket on top.
The Y70 Touch also features cold floor cooling, which is a chamber at the bottom of the case that can house a trio of 120mm fans or dual 140mm fans up to 32mm thick that direct fresh airflow straight into the GPU. When fully populated, the Y70 Touch supports up to 10 fans.
And if you prefer using an air cooler, the Y70 Touch supports air coolers up to 180mm of clearance to the side glass panel.
Integrated Touchscreen
Perhaps the most stand-out feature of the Y70 Touch is the integrated touchscreen. The touchscreen measures at 14.1” with a resolution of 1100 x 3840 (4K, 283ppi), a refresh rate of 60Hz, and allows for 10-point multi-touch functionality.
The integration means that the touchscreen comes preinstalled in the case and includes a breakout DisplayPort adapter that’s fitted into a PCIe slot. A short DisplayPort cable is also included to keep cable management tidy.
The integrated touchscreen utilizes SATA power, a USB 2.0 header from your motherboard, and the DisplayPort cable mentioned earlier.
HYTE Nexus Software
The touchscreen can be used as a traditional second monitor for your desktop setup, but the utilization of the Nexus software is how the Y70 Touch truly shines.
At the time of writing, the Nexus software includes widgets to monitor vital performance information, Twitch chat, OBS integration, and more can be found here. Functionally, the Nexus software is intuitive and simple enough to customize to match any aesthetic.
