We accept credit card and BillMeLater online. We also accept money order, check, wire transfer and cash.

5. Is there any chances that you ship notebook/ PC aboard?

We ship to USA (includes Hawaii, Alaska and Military APO address) and Canada only. No other countries will be accepted.

6. Do I have to pay the ship cost for repair/ return/ replacement?

Under the warranty period, You are responsible to send the package to us and pay for one-way shipping. After repair/replacement, we will send back to you by ground shipping. Out of warranty period, you have to pay both-way shipping fee.

7. How long will I receive the package once the order has been processed ?

Microsoft is starting the shipping process of Vista on March 19, 2007. Once customer's upgrade has been shipped, customer will receive an email with Fedex tracking number.
